Hi,
we have a Problem with one of our XGS 136 Firewalls. One of them freezes completely ever 6-12 Weeks without any Error displayed. If it freezes we don't have any option to connect (ssh,Web-GUI, ping) to the firewall and the complete system is offline and not operating. On the hardware side everything seems fine, so at least the LEDs are blinking normally. The only way to "fix" it is a reboot via the power button. We have already tried several Updates but nothing solved the Problem. In the Logs we didn't find any anomaly.
We have a lot of XGS Firewalls in use but this one is the only one with a problem like this.
