Hi Administrateur SUNU: What error you are receiving? What is the current firmware version you are running with? Is the setup running in HA or Is it a stand-alone XG device without HA? Is there any error in the Browser HAR file? Is it for 1 specific user or for all new subsequent users having the same problem?

You can open a support case via support.sophos.com - you will need to log in with your Sophos ID. You can also call in by selecting your local region under Critical Cases.
To confirm, have you tried accessing the User Portal from different web browsers?

Adding to what Karlos and Vishal, have mentioned, make sure the Default Certificate (System > Certificates > Certificate Authorities > Default) if filled out and not using the default settings.
