Firewall in Failsafe mode.

hi,
sophos XG goes into failsafe mode, when i give the commadn show failure-reason then it is showing me that "unable to start config Database" . what is the reason of this failsafe??? how to recover from it??? should i need to reset it to factory default???
how can i find the reason of it?
Please advise.

    Greeting.

    Is this happened after upgrading Sophos firewall version? If yes, you may rollback to the earlier version or you may go ahead and reset the configuration and restore the backup!

    If that too fails, we need to raise the support case to investigate it further.
