I have encountered a remote case with this firewall, the setup and issue is as follows:
Firewall model: XGS87
Firmware: SFOS 19.0.1 MR-1-Build365
This is a new firewall that we have deployed. Before installing this firewall the customer faced no issue with the Internet. Post deployment of the firewall, the users are unable to browse any website with hostname or IP address. However, from the same machine we are able to ping sites like google.com and IPs like 8.8.8.8
If we do a policy test, it shows that the communication is allowed.
Another point that I realised is that the "reportdb" service is "untouched" and that the "Reports" section is hidden from the GUI.
Anyone encountered such an issue earlier? Any help is highly appreciated.
