Sophos SSL VPN access internal network

You may review whether the routes for the permitted network added to the end PC or not by running the below command in command prompt of the user.

C:/>route print

The output should show the network added in permitted network. If not, run the application with the admin rights and review it.

Once confirmed and still not working. Refer to the below KBA:

community.sophos.com/.../ssl-vpn-troubleshooting

Try to use destination IP instead of the host-name.

Maybe you have problems with name-resolution.

Do you see the traffic within log-viewer? (enable logging at last for these rues)

Is the firewall the only routing instance within your internal network?

we fixed the issue. There is a Fritzbox working infront of the firewall.
