allow url access with port 8080

Question

Hi all, 
 [xg sophos] 
 i have user who need to access web server on internet so (LAN to WAN) 
 Example: https://webserver.com:8080 
 How can i create allow this? 
 There is firewall rule already in place wich allow group of users (the user included) to web access, with web policy (categories, URLs, ....etc) 
 I think add the url in url list and add port-8080 in services , isn't the best way 
 I need to just linked this port with its url. 
 May create a single rule for this url with this port for this user is correct ? or there is another way?

 Greetings, 
 If the server is hosted on Internet, you may create the firewall rule with the help of below KBA. If you only wish to allow port 8080. You may create the custom service from System -> Hosts and Services -> Services.

 Sorry, for the delay 
 It's old discussion , but i need to share feedback with public 
 as a matter of fact, there is nat rule but its original services is not "any", there are selected port 
 so i just add port 8080 in original services on snat rule, and then it work
