Connect IT-Supporter via C2S-VPN via Company XG via S2S (XG-XG) to client networks

Question

Hello, I would like to know how I have to proceed on the XG to enable IT supporters who are connected to the company firewall of the IT service provider via C2S-VPN or Sophos RED to access the customer networks directly that are connected to the XG of the IT service provider via S2S VPN. Sorry for the long sentence. At the moment you always have to use a terminal server at the IT service provider. My configuration tests have not been successful so far, does anyone have an idea?
