Hi,
Yesterday we received a complain regarding VOIP in our branch, they said they cannot hear us but we can hear them. whenever you dial them phone will ring but when they received the call its just blank. Now 3 stores complaining about this issue.
We are using XGS4300 in the Head Office and XGS 107 in the branches.
before this branches are connected to Head Office via RED 50 Tunnel only but last 2 weeks we upgraded all the connection of the branches from RED 50 to XGS 107.
