sophos xfrm interfaces are disabled

I want to know why all sophos xfrm interfaces are Disabled in Firewall XG 330 version 18.5

Additionally, I need support in order to investigate the failures of the Sophos XG 330, which presents with all the VPNs (Tunnel Interfaces) through the WAN link, so we require your support in knowing the troubleshooting that we must apply to resolve the incidence of XFRM connection.

    So to speak: What is the situation of your IPsec Tunnel? Because if the Tunnel is not up/connected, the Interface will stay disabled on network side to avoid mis routing.
