Upgrade recommended ? from 18.5.2 to 19.x

Hi there,
We have a well working v18.5.2 in use here.
We would need a recommendation to upgrade to v19.xx.

Should this be done, if so, what should be considered when upgrading from v18.5.2 to v19.xx?
