OpenVPN service is not available

Question

hi,
I have windows 10 ver. 10.0(Build 10240), we installed sophos connect ver 2.2.75.0508, when we try to connect vpn then it shows OpenVPN service is not available.
i checked openvpn service in services that service is avaiable and in running state.
i also tried to reinstall the sophos connect client but issue remains same. pleae advise how to fix this issue.
one more thing when i open the sophos connect client then it shows me the firewall ip with which it will be connected. how can i hide that IP from users??? in old version that ip was not visible? please advise.

Hello Madni Malik , Thank you for reaching out to the community, are you facing this issue on a particular machine or on all windows 10 machines ? For the another query you can simply rename the connection from the Sophos Connect Client - And also from the connection name | VPN > IPsec [remote access]

 We have observed this issue with the windows running on lower OS build. We suggest upgrading the OS Build and it should work without any issues.
