Captive Portal for Vlan

Hi Fellas.

I just wanna test Captive Portal scenerio where a guest wants to connect to network, and before access any resources it must authenticate <-- i think that is obious.

So i decided to check it on SophosXG where some things are done much different. So i did as KB says but it wont work at all. To be clear; im not using any equipment except FW XG. 

Screenshots represents tests where some options maight be over turned ;)

Other settings are default.

    Well ive tryed it and first it didnt help but as a source i had to change from LAN to Guest Zone and then it worked. My worries are if its not a potential flaw? Where yoi can tunnel into dns other traffic and then bypass Captive portal? Why i must allow dns for specific scenerio?
