Sophos Gateway is down email notifications

We have 3 sites, each with a Sophos firewall and each site has various failover options.  2 of the sites have an LTE gateway configured as part of their failover solutions.  The problem is, we receive numerous emails saying the gateway is down then a few seconds later it's up again.  Is there a way to set the threshold on whatever check is leading to these notifications?  Our service provider has confirmed the link is stable.

    Greetings,

    Navigate to Configure -> Network -> WAN link manager. Kindly review the current gateway failover condition. If they have added single IP in failover condition, try adding the multiple public IP with the AND condition as below:

    You may choose the IP's in failover condition which has stable ping response.
