Add/Update/Delete in API calls are great but... Where is Get?

Hi,

I'm trying to get list of uploaded certificates using API to determine if the upload process required. API doc show only Add/Update or Delete certificate. Where is option to get list of certificates or get certain certificate by its name for instance?

Like for example this command will get list of IP Hosts:

<Get><IPHost></IPHost></Get>

Is there anything like:

<Get><Certificates></Certificates></Get>?

Same goes for firewall rules

Something like a full attribute list of available commands that can be used in XML request would be just fantastic!!!!
