Block Hotspot / Wifi Connection

Question

Hi, 
 In both the scenario, the client PCs are connected via Sophos firewall. 
 1. Is it possible to block client PCs from activating Hotspot ? 
 2. How to restrict/block client PCs from using any Wireless connection?
