Pending evaluation since 8 Hours

This should come live immediately. Can you activate a trial and contact customercare? 

I just spoke to the support team on the phone and they told me that there is a start date in the licence and that the licence will only be activated from 14.10.2022 onwards.

my problem now is that i have already changed the hardware, so i have to try to reach the licence team on monday to see if they can activate the licence earlier.

Likely that is not possible. If your license schedule was booked by 14.10, than the license cannot be extended. Only sales could resolve this by cancle the subscription and book a new key.

But as this only 6 days, you could potentially book trial on the appliance itself. The 30 days should be enough to run.

ok, then i'll probably go to the company again tomorrow and reinstall the old hardware. the licence there is valid until 13.10.2022.

i thought i could do the hardware swap beforehand, but since it's an upgrade licence, i guess i can't.

Check upfront in my Sophos, if this license is really there. 

Because often times, if you activate a license like this here, the old got revoked (midterm upgrade).
