Pending evaluation since 8 Hours

I have a problem with an activation of a new XGS3300 with Standard Protection.
I installed the appliance today at morning and entered my serial number. Since then, the licence has been set to Pending in the MySophos portal and the subscritions in Sophos are all set to Not subscribed.

How long does it usually take until the appliance is fully activated? The problem is that most of the features don't work now.

  • Likely that is not possible. If your license schedule was booked by 14.10, than the license cannot be extended. Only sales could resolve this by cancle the subscription and book a new key.

    But as this only 6 days, you could potentially book trial on the appliance itself. The 30 days should be enough to run.
