Export, edit, import selective configuration

I want to add a bunch of IPHOST entries (over 150), so I thought the fastest way would be export the IPHOSTS config, add the new entries, and import it back.

I was able to easily export and edit, but when I try to import the .tar file, it keeps saying it's not a supported format, that only TAR format is accepted. But it IS TAR-formatted.

Has anyone run into that, and how do I know what the problem is with the format.

  • Sometimes, if you use a tool to zip it into .tar it is not readable by SFOS.

The best way to get a supported file is something like: 7zip open the initial file you downloaded and replace the entity.xml file via drag and drop.
