APX320 fails to register - [P52003XXXXXXX2] Corrupt payload. Device may have wrong key.

Case ID is 05705138 

The APX320 LED shows all sort of colors (Off, Green solid, Green flashing,  Red Solid).

1. Red flashing
2. short yellow
3. Green solid
4. Green flashing
5. Red solid

Goto 1

Console Log shows a normal boot process

The APX320 works fine with AP FW 11.0.019 on an old XG106w ...
But this XG106w will update now to 19.5 EAP ...

EAP [early access program] versions will not be supported by the support team. 
So APX with the old is still working fine right ?
Meanwhile I'll check it internally with the support escalation engineer to get this progressed !! 

APX320 worked fine with SFOS 18.5.3 and AP FW 11.0.019 (@XGS2100)
APX320 worked fine with SFOS 19.0.0 and AP FW 11.0.019 (@XG106w)

But will not work with AP FW 11.0.020

Sophos has no intention for a RMA request

No, i didn´t tried with Central wireless and this APX320.
I will testing central wirelss with some old AP15 and learn about the options.

I need to wait for 19.5 GA or 19 MR2, before i am going to update the XGS2100. The XGS2100 keeps crashing randomly and i have a hotfix from engineering.

maybe with 19.5 GA or MR2 i will add the XGS to central wireless.

maybe i will try with XG106w ...

Alright keep us posted regarding the APX status if planned to configure on the Sophos Central wireless !!

i had a call from Sophos, they think it‘s faulty and the will RMA this…
I think the Hardware release has some changes but the serial did‘nt reflect the Hardware and flash fails…

Yes we believe there's potentially a HW issue on your APX320 and is going to RMA that device for you. We don't think this is related to the 11.0.020 firmware as we have had no other reports of this.
