APX320 fails to register - [P52003XXXXXXX2] Corrupt payload. Device may have wrong key.

Hi,

i have a bricked APX320 and Sophos doesn´t response to Support Ticket Requests within a in a timely manner, so i am currently on my own.

The XGS Log shows for a few days ..

[P52003XXXXXXX2] Corrupt payload. Device may have wrong key.
MD5 of the key is aad09edf7c24f8658f5f91234567805. Delete device to re-register it.

Is there anything i can do with this APX320

I already tried the Flash Recovery Tool, but this doesn´t detect the APX.
I uses a Clean Windows 10 PC, a PoE Adapter and two LAN Cables
But the APX320 is not seen by this tool.

  • Yes we believe there's potentially a HW issue on your APX320 and is going to RMA that device for you. We don't think this is related to the 11.0.020 firmware as we have had no other reports of this.

  • No, i didn´t tried with Central wireless and this APX320.
I will testing central wirelss with some old AP15 and learn about the options.

I need to wait for 19.5 GA or 19 MR2, before i am going to update the XGS2100. The XGS2100 keeps crashing randomly and i have a hotfix from engineering.

maybe with 19.5 GA or MR2 i will add the XGS to central wireless.

    maybe i will try with XG106w ...
