I use IPSec tunnels between the head office and some branch offices.
"Gateway Type" in head office is in "Respone Only" and in branch offices is "initiate the connection".
I use "Preshared Key" for "Authentication Type" for phase 1. From time to time it happens that the branches can no longer connect to the head office. It is fixed by reconfiguring "Preshared key".
Other configuration in IPSec Policy:
Both sides: Key negotiation tries = 0 (Unlimited)
"When peer unreachable"
For branch offices: Select Re-initiate.
For head office: Select Disconnect
Do you have a solution for this? Because I have to do this every time.
