1x laptop will not complete connection to sslvpn

Question

Issue 1x Laptop will not complete connection to sslvpn. After filling in the user credentials for the Sophos Connect and hitting connect, the connection never complete. Firewall logs say user is connected. About one out of every 30 connections it will actually connect successfully, then you disconnect and re-connect and it fails again. Have made sure the connection and lease isn't still live on the firewall. Also made sure there's enough leases available. Hardware XG125w (SFOS 19.0.1 MR-1-Build365) - SN: C1A204K9H2GC64C Device with issue: Surfacebook2. Win10Pro v10.0.19044. Surface USB Ethernet adapter. - Test VPN connection on different computer - connects normally. Testing - Installed all Windows 10 updates. - Disabled Windows firewall. - Removed Antivirus. - Ran 2nd opinion virus scans. - Reinstalled Sophos Connect. Using latest version SophosConnect_2.2.75 - Re-installed Network driver. - Tested different domain user profiles. Tested on local Admin profile. - Tested different known working VPN user account. - Tried via Ethernet cable and WiFi. - Reset Windows networking. - Tested on different internet connection. 
 
 Nothing obvious in the Sophos event viewer or the console debug logs. 
 But in the Sophos Connect client logs, it does look like the Sophos TAP Adapter isn't getting a DHCP address? Am seeing this:

Hello Aaron Berger , Thank you for reaching out to the community, the error " route addition failed using service: The object already exists." can occur when your local LAN uses the extremely common subnet address, be aware that this might create routing conflicts if you connect to the VPN server from public locations that use the same subnet. You are advised to change your server LAN to a more unique RFC1918 compliant subnet.
