Subdomain to port

Thanks for that. Unfortuantely that thread dies after the second question about the setup. 

All my domains are pointing to the one IP address but on different ports. How do I setup the rules so if it detects the subdomain that it routes to the correct port?

Is that part possible?

The following KBs might help you. You may check DNAT with Port Forwarding so that it can be accessed via ports.
