Client and Server Slow

Hi,

Im working in retail company and last 2 days ago we faced an issue wherein our client could not communicate with the server located in the same LAN. Once you put the RED50 connection will hang and sometimes very slow. But without the RED50 and putting the ip address manually and subnet mask only without Gateway connection is smooth.Communication betweeh POS and Server very smooth. All other devices are not affected like PC and VOIP.

Branch POS and SRVER no endpoint installed.
