Current Activities - Client Type - Heartbeat

I have three seemingly random computers on my network that keep showing up in the Live Users page. When I delete them, they come back. How can I dseletel them permanently?

Live Users should be authenticated users or devices.

Do you have something within Authentication / Clientless users?

Type Heartbeat is the Sophos Endpoint. Do you use this?

Yes, I do use Sophos Intercept X. But it's installed on 150 computers. Why do only three show up as heartbeats?

Check the Logviewer of Authentication, if you see some errors for Heartbeat.
