XG Firewall keeps failing

You should update at least to 18.5.4

Thanks Philip. Is this the reason why the XG keep failing? I just checked the Firmware Tab, I see that 

available to download. So should I download and 19.0.1 and install it directly? or 18.5.4 first, then 19.0.1 ?

Do a thorough backup before, then go to 18.5.4. Test it for a day or so.

Then do the upgrade to V19 after another backup habs been taken.

Like this you have the "inactive" firmware on version 18.5.4 for a quick rollback, if needed.

Please follow  jprusch  as well as share the output for the below command here from SSH option 5>3 :     
# grep SSSE3 /var/log/sasi.log
# grep flags -m1 /proc/cpuinfo

can't use putty. it keeps telling me access denied. from Azure portal I'm getting Password: Authentication Failed.

Use the gui to access the console.

I dont see the console option. I am logging to the portal as me. admin creds I do not have yet.. 

Only available to admin which ever way you try to connect to the console.

You have to login to the account named "admin" to see the console option.

yes. I can now use putty to get in to the console. how to run these commands? the last time the issue occurred was last friday 9th Sept.

Go to option 5 then 3 and paste the command to see the output

This is a Azure Installation. So the cores are supported. Go ahead an install the latest Firmware. Your current firmware is not supported anymore.
