SSL VPN disconnecting frequently with Sophos Connect

Dear All,

With new client Sophos Connect, VPN got disconnected while user is working. With old client it's working perfectly fine. 

Now with all users i have to install old client and copy the their config file to old client. 

is their any solution available now. i checked with support also they told me they discontinued old client. 

Help me if any solution is there.

    1. Firmware version running on Sophos Firewall, is it XG or XGS Series Appliances?

    2. How long SSL VPN service was working?

    3. What is the total number of users connecting with SSL VPN ? out of the total number how many users SSL VPN is not working ? 

    4. Please click on "About"  Sophos Connect and share a screenshot
