Sorry to use this platform to ask these questions, however, I find myself in need of making a formal complaint and can't for the life of me, find any one that can help.
We are an MSP who have been using Sophos for 22 years, we have replaced 2 XG devices that are both effected with the same DIMM fault, and can not find any one to assist us at all.

We have spoken to our account manager and have been pushed back into the support queue to have this issue resolved.
it has taken months, it is causing issues with our relationship with our affected client.
We simply have asked that we not be furnished with the same faulty 115/6xg unit that we have now replaced twice, and be furnished with a unit that is free from this fault.
If any one is able to point me in the right direction that would be fantastic as this has been so far the worst customer experience that I've ever had.
