how to export a .config file

Good Day All, 
 
 1. How do I export a .config file from a XGS4300(SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317) 
 2.is there a software that can help analyse the config file (other firewalls like Cisco can use Nipper etc)

 Upon our checking on the Nipper website, Sophos is Supported.
