Yes, you can, however, you would need to take a backup of your current configuration, and re-image the device with the Sophos XG Home, once you are going through the initial setup, it’ll ask you for your license info, and you’ll see an entry for Home, you’ll enter there the S/N you receive in your email address.

Backup can be restored from a lower version to a higher version, it is possible latest firmware version SFOS v19 MR1 Build 365 available on the below link :

What is the current firmware version running on  XG86? Please Go to System-->Admininstration --->Backup and Firmware -->Firmware and share the status of the firmware shown on the GUI
