v18 to v19 upgrade issue

hi,
i have upgraded XG430 to v19, but after upgrade i am having following issues:
Issue1: some user are getting authenticated via stas while few not. those user are not visible in show live users. nor i m able to see his request on firewall. after many times restart it is sometime users get authenticated used NTLM while some times not.please advise me how to troubleshoot it?
ISSUE2: appliances are in HA, when i switchover to aux. applaince then it is shwoing logs of FEB-22 , and new logs are not visible on it, i have seen its hard disk, it is not full, when i switchback to primary applaince then logs are ok.
please advise me.

    thanks Lucar, i agree that logs are not sycnhed to the peer, but new logs start coming on that applaince, i kept waiting for almost half an hour no new logs were seen. 

    for STAS . why it takes time??? 2nd i kept watching it almost an hour but same behaiour. please adivse.
