Repeated "Cannot establish NTLM authentication channel with [domain]" messages in Authentication

Hi All,

I have an XGS2300 and just updated from 19.0 to 19.0.1.

Everything authenticates. Users can access remote access IPSEC, WiFi (through Radius), and User Portal.

But I keep getting the message "Cannot establish NTLM authentication channel with [domain]" from each of my two DCs.

I'm not sure if it just started doing this after the update or if it's always been like this and I just happened to finally look at the right log.

I never explicitly enabled NTLM or kerberos; I just set up my DCs (AD 2022 and AD 2016) for authentication and it's worked ever since.

I'm not positive what the error means. Authentication does work, so I'm not sue what's making it angry.

Should I be concerned? Will some log storage space fill up? I'm getting these every few seconds.

    Thank you for reaching out to the community, are you using NTML/ADSSO as your authentication for your users or something else like captive portal/client authentication ?
    Can you share the screenshot of the Administration > device access ?
    And is the test connection getting successful for the configured AD ?
