firmware not showing to update !!!!!!

Sophos releases firmware updates through a phased mechanism described here:

https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/b/blog/posts/firewall-firmware-release-process-and-timeline

That is why you are getting no update, however, you can manually upgrade the firmware from Sophos Licensing Portal as per the below link
