Why is my system yet to receive the SFOS v19 MR1 update ?

Because you are on v18.5.4 and the upgrade is not automatic. You need to manually upgrade to v19 because you receive any updates to v19.0.

First of all, this update is available for those systems running v18.5 MR4 as well ( https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/b/blog/posts/sophos-firewall-v19-mr1-re_2d00_release-build-365-is-now-available )

Secondly, the SFOS v19.0 update for my system is also nowhere to be seen. 

What to do now buddy ? My system is a HP T620 PLUS with no console ports.

You can Download firmware from Sophos Licensing Portal: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/19.0/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/BackupAndFirmware/Firmware/FirmwareDownloadFirmware/index.html

Then Move to a different firmware version: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/19.0/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/BackupAndFirmware/Firmware/FirmwareMoveToDifferentVersion/index.html

It says compatible, does not say will update automatically.
