Unable to Register XGS4300 To Sophos Cloud

Hello,

I have been getting the below errors when trying to register my firewall to Sophos Central:

When using email + password:

When using OTP:

I have of course made sure that all of my details are correct, and that my own account is a Super Admin.

Network traffic gets through on a laptop I have connected to a LAN port as well.

Below is the result of the central-register --status command:

And here are are my rules:

Any help would be appreciated, I'm a little inexperienced in this role so handle with care!

    Thanks for the response.

    No luck with backend registration either + verified I was doing the other two methods correctly as per the KB.

    In centralmanagement.log, looks like it's not resolving due to an SSL verification error?

    Also below is output of the service:
