Not able to View Registered Devices

    I think there may be  an issue from the Sophos Server side. an outage may be:
    "Unplanned Outage: Multiple functionalities impacted in the Licensing Portal"


    Impact

    Customers are facing registration errors on Licensing Portal and getting the same error when trying to do the Change Registrant, License transfer function, View Device, and contact information page.

    Workaround

    No workaround available

    Resolution

    The IT Apps team is working on a priority to fix the issue.
