Hi all, we have sophos XGS4300 (SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317) and there is some weird condition going on :
- Sophos suddenly cant be acces from the local network, we tried plug a laptop directly to the LAN port but nothing work, we can only access it from mgmt port or from the internet ( using ip public) seems like sophos blocked the port or the ip address not sure.
- we need to restart and it will get back to normal.
- it keep happening randomly sometimes 2 times a day sometimes 2 day a time
- We check the logs and nothing really wrong except there are dozens of unknown access from internet public address (denied by sophos) we already turn on the ACL so only the Head Office public access can access trough the https but still the problem still exist so i dont think that was the problem.
NB :
Before it was running well until we activate a ipsec VPN to the Head Office but i dont think it is the problem because we have the exact VPN setup on other site and it work just perfect.
i want to know if this is a hardward problem or there is something wrong on the configuration
