Firewall blocking server and client communication

Hi,

I would like to report an issue that we are facing and its happening frequently now. In our store we have POS and Server connected via LAN. This POS it will send an updated sales transaction to the server. Our issue after sometimes POS or files will be block and server wont received any updated sales transaction. Our solution is to restart only our main firewall which is located in the Head Office.

POS and Server (Sophos Endpoint Protection Installed)

Head Office and Branch Connection RED 50

Head Office Firewall (XGS4300) SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-1-Build365
