After Upgrade Sophos SW-19MR-1, the AntiSpam Service died and I Can't Start Service.
ApplianceCertificate was also regenerated, but it didn't work.
Please, guide me

Hi,
try forcing a firmware update, then try restarting the service and if all else fails try restarting the device. If that is not successful, please create a support case.

Same issue here, I think. Updated it last night, and now Antispam showed as "Dead". When I restarted it, it failed and now continually says "STOPPED". I have XG running as a virtual device in Proxmox, and have been using Antispam since implementing it.

Manually restarted with shell and got a 503 Service Failed.

Just an FYI, I rebooted the machine and the service started successfully... but after about 5 minutes crashed and can't be started again.

Let me look into that and think on it. I'm a little leery of "Sophos Support uses this access ID to sign in to your Sophos Firewall device."
Are there logs or something I can provide instead?
DEV wants to look into your system and debug it to check the reason. Therefore a Access would be the best approach as they do not know, what is the current root cause.
