Buffering of webradio

1.) Web - Path: Protect > Web > Policies > add:


2.) App - Path: Protect > Application  > Policies > add:


Which later you can apply this polices in your desired firewall rules !!

Thanks but you got me wrong - I don't want to block, I want to have a better performance on webradio. Currently it's buffering too often and the audio stream breaks,

In that scenario the sites used for the streaming falls into the right category, which you can verify from:

Ensure those categories are allowed in polices and check whether IPS policies is not restricting the performance...etc !!
To test you can create a plain FW rule and verify whether you face the same issue again or not ?

Can you perform Packet Capture: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035761?language=en_US
and check whether the traffic is going from the correct rule  and not causing any violation !!

Thanks, yes this settings are all active. I guess the cause was either the client or maybe the app control - i am still not sure. The problem also does not occur frequently.

I guess perform a pcap Wireshark analysis during the time of issue !!
