Policy mismatch error. Import a new policy for this connection.

Question

Hello, 
 One of my user gets the error " Policy mismatch error. Import a new policy for this connection." when connecting to its Sophos Connect Client VPN 
 
 When user was in the country, access was OK. 
 User is now abroad and receives this error. 
 We have tried to re-import the ovpn configuration without success 
 Fw is XG210 with release 18.5.3 
 Sophos Connect Client 2.0 installed on a W10 machine 
 All my other users can connect without issue 
 Help is welcome

Yup that could be the possible scenario check whether the UDP Ports 500 and 4500 are allowed on his Public IP: https://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php
