Two internet connections on Sophos XG 135

Greeting SOPHOS Comunity,

I am looking for some help configuring routing on a Sophos XG 135 SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317.

I don’t work on firewalls often, so I apologize if some terms are incorrect.

I did find https://community.sophos.com/utm-firewall/f/general-discussion/114554/two-internet-connections---how-to-route-traffic-from-a-specific-network-out-a-specific-internet-interface as close to my case.

Current state:

The existing 20Mb Radio Internet on the interface is on Port2.

The internal network interface is on Port1.

New configuration:

A second 150Mb Fiber Internet service has added on Port9.

I have tried the following in CONFIGURE/Routing:

  • Add an IPv4 gateway. This gateway has red dot status, but in MONITOR&ANALYZE/Diagnostics/System graphs on Interface Port9 receive and transfer some small data.
  • Add IPv4 SD-WAN route;
  • Add SD-WAN profile.

Do I need to add:

  •  standard static route?
  •  firewall rule?
  •  masquerade rule?

I think the issue is in the unfinished setup steps above.

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Regards, Eugene.
