It is not working, I am starting to think its not a configuration problem, it might be the user's network config.

Wait by VPN-WAN firewall, you mean i should create a new VAN to WAN rule on my firewall

Try using a cabled connection
(because:

You can test this theory by downloading another (working) VPN user's configuration to this environment and see if that also fails.
