DHCP Requests from offline RED Interfaces

Hi,

I have an eye on our XG DHCP and while dumping DHCP Traffic I found that on 3 currently offline REDs that are configured as Split/Transparent, send out DHCP Requests all the time. They are offline for days.

15:18:55.503884 reds30, OUT: Out 00:40:1f:c9:03:bc ethertype IPv4 (0x0800), length 344: 0.0.0.0.68 > 255.255.255.255.67: BOOTP/DHCP, Request from 00:40:1f:c9:03:bc, length 300
15:18:57.175890 reds6, OUT: Out 00:64:e8:d4:59:53 ethertype IPv4 (0x0800), length 344: 0.0.0.0.68 > 255.255.255.255.67: BOOTP/DHCP, Request from 00:64:e8:d4:59:53, length 300
15:19:06.983887 reds9, OUT: Out 00:6a:6a:b2:e8:1e ethertype IPv4 (0x0800), length 344: 0.0.0.0.68 > 255.255.255.255.67: BOOTP/DHCP, Request from 00:6a:6a:b2:e8:1e, length 300

I guess it's normal behaviour because they are configured as DHCP while in Transparent / Split mode?

Is that correct?
