using Ubuntu 20.04 Jammy Jellyfish that use OpenSSL 3 can not connect to VPN using OpenVPN

As soon as I upgrade my laptop to Ubuntu 22.04 that use OpenSSL 3 as default I can not connect to my workplace VPN.

I try follow this suggestion https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/1960268/comments/32 but it does not work.

My workplace use cipher and auth SHA256 configuration in ovpn files.

cipher AES-128-CBC
auth SHA256

and when I try to connect after the verify X509 complete, it shows this error message and begin to try again after 5 seconds:

2022-07-30 17:29:15 OpenSSL: error:0A0C0103:SSL routines::internal error
2022-07-30 17:29:15 TLS_ERROR: BIO read tls_read_plaintext error
2022-07-30 17:29:15 TLS Error: TLS object -> incoming plaintext read error
2022-07-30 17:29:15 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
2022-07-30 17:29:15 Fatal TLS error (check_tls_errors_co), restarting
2022-07-30 17:29:15 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting
2022-07-30 17:29:15 Restart pause, 5 second(s)

Any solution?
