Email rule issue

Good day awesome people

I am facing a weird issue with an sql server i have when I'm trying to use the mail functionality - please advise

I have 2 rules :

Rule SQL mail works

Rule Mail client doesnt work ( but it is working for other users ) - it also has the pop and smtp scan enabled but in the logs it is showing as allowed

Hi, with scanning enabled have you installed the XG CA on the server? Why have you allowed all the mail services wouldn't a server only use SMTP/S? Ian

I have a gpo to install the certificate but i will recheck it..do you think it's a cert issue ? If yes can you point me towad a step by step walk-through for the installation so i can make everything is correct from my side ?

I allowed smtp for testing...the sql server is running on tls port 587

same CA for https and email scanning correct ?

Hi,

Correct. You might also check which services are configured for SMTP in XG, I don't mean firewall rules, but cli settings. I can't remember the command though.
