on the first link included in your post,I found the answer/confirmation I was searching for.

I have just updated the XG210 in HA from version 18.5.3 to 19.0.0 and it was finished perfectly without any problem; both the upgrade and the HA integrity have been recovered and they are both successfully upgraded as the target
