connect to dvr camera from external

I haven't done any configuration for the moment, because I'm already looking for the configuration approach, 
before operating on the FW.
the administrator of the dvr seeks to connect from the outside to monitor what is happening around the agency, when he's at home or out of agency,
he uses an application and authentication information taken from the dvr (barcode...etc). it doesn't need to access the dvr's web interface, 
only what the cameras show.

In that scenario, if the camera shows the output via it's own application, then what the challenge that to in a secure way. Then what's the other way you are looking forward to it ? 

Okay, but the phone using this soft have dunamic ip public

so how to configure access to output's camera?

Can that dynamic Public IP try to resolve on a specific hostname ?
If yes, then a hostname can be used instead !!

sorry the phone is using from external, so its ip address will be the source wan ip !

And that source WAN is on Sophos configured via dhcp[dynamic/pppoe] or it is totally managed by 3rd Party ?
