But you could do a search (look at the top header of this forum) for "Dream machine" or "Ubiquiti" ...

I did a research but I'm still wondering how can I connect UDMP to Sophos XG first, do I have to mantain WAN port on UDMP and connect it to firewall via a LAN/SFP port or disable WAN on UDMP and configure WAN and LAN in firewall?

You cannot disable NAT on UDM PRO being a "PRO" device. So, you cannot see what IPs the traffic is coming from.
