Web filter blocks unblocked category

Hey there,

I have a web filter policy like that:

Why there is a web request blocked which is in a category which is not blocked by the web policy?

    Hi Dennis Rode

    Thank you for reaching out to the community as per the web filter policy you have applied  "Risky Download"  category  is Blocked which comes under User activity where Freeware and Shareware are blocked by default you can check the same under User activities as per the below snapshot : 

    You can create a custom web category and allow the URL getting deny under the Web filter on Log Viewer.
