Setting Up WAN with VLAN tagging for NBN Connection

Hi,

I'm trying configure a Sophos XG to pass through traffic from new NBN connection which required the use of VLAN tagging.

I have connected the NBN Connection from the NBN to WAN (Port 2) and added a VLAN with the provided static IP details as shown below.

After applying the changes status shown as below and the ISP confirmed the Sophos device is now visible from their end and able to ping as well.

Still i'm unable to pass the network traffic to LAN and no internet access for the devices. Tried to reach the Sophos support for couple of days and still didn't get any resolution. Appreciate if someone can guide me to troubleshoot this issue.
